Flame Shop

Our Flame Shop is one of the best. At 900 square air-conditioned feet, it features:

• Twelve workstations each containing:
  • Nortel major/minor burners
  • Nortel hand held ranger torches
  • Herbert Arnold Zenit Torches with foot pedals
  • Benchtop annealers with 12" x 9" interior
  • Ventilation hood
• Two 4' x 3' interior annealers for large scale work
• Plus, each workstation also has a full set of beadmaking tools, hand tools and a variety of metal and graphite shaping tools.
• Air conditioned studio

Flame Shop Rental:

• Standard rental $15/hour (minimum 1 hour rental)

This only includes torch usage and one small kiln. For rates on additional items (tools, scrap color, and large annealing ovens) please feel free to contact PGC at 412.365.2145 ext. 208.

Rental Rates

All studios at PGC are available to rent. Time must be booked at least one day in advance and you must be a PGC member. Call 412.365.2145 ext. 208 for more information and to schedule time.
