We recommend making your reservation at least 2 weeks in advance.
Private group activities are scheduled Tuesday - Sunday.
During the summer (May 23 -August 8, 2020) we can only accomodate private group activities on Saturdays.

- May 10 - May 22, 2020
- August 9 - September 7, 2020
- November 26 - 29, 2020
- December 23, 2020 - January 1, 2021
A $50 non-refundable/non-transferable deposit is required to make your reservation. Private lessons require a non-refundable/non-transferable deposit of 50% of the private lesson price.
Final payment for the entire group must be submitted in full 30 days prior to the date of the reservation. Additionally, if the date agreed upon for the private activity is made within the 30 day window, full payment is required to make the reservation.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
All deposit payments are non-refundable, non-transferable, and final.
Refunds less the deposit will be given for cancellations received more than 30 days prior to scheduled reservation.
Cancellations received fewer than 30 days prior to scheduled reservation will not be refunded.
Item Pick Up
Glass items made during the activity cannot be taken home on the day of the activity. Items will be ready for pickup at Pittsburgh Glass Center within five days of the activity date. Items can be shipped for an additional charge if required. Please inquire if you need to arrange to have your items shipped.
