Elean was born and raised in Westerville, Ohio. She found glass at The Ohio State University where she received her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Glass with a minor in Dance in 2016. Upon graduation, Elean went to Norfolk, Virginia and completed the Studio Assistantship Program at the Chrysler Museum of Art Glass Studio. Immediately following, she moved to Pittsburgh for the Tech Apprenticeship here at the Pittsburgh Glass Center where she is now working full-time as a Studio Technician.
