Art on Fire – Art Donation Form

Pittsburgh Glass Center reserves the right to accept or decline any item or service donation.

To be eligible for a residency award, you must have not won the residency award in the previous three years.

This donation becomes the property of Pittsburgh Glass Center unconditionally. If your donation does not sell, Pittsburgh Glass Center will keep it for future use to benefit the organization.
