Beyvan started blowing glass in PGC’s teen SiO2 program in high school. She graduated from Alfred University with a BFA in glass and ceramics in 2009. After college, she worked for a private glass production studio in the Hudson Valley before moving back to Pittsburgh in 2012. She then worked as a teaching artist in ceramics at Manchester Craftsmen’s Guild for several years. She’s now a part-time employee at PGC teaching workshops, working on special projects, and making her own work in the hot shop.
