fumino hora: The way of samsara

Fumino Hora awakens the senses with her new exhibition "The Way of Saṃsāra." Hora's multi-media installation combined glass, paper, photography and video.
john miller: hot stuff

"Hot Stuff" featured John Miller's Claes Oldenburg-like, over-sized goblets and glassware including martini and daiquiri glasses – some holding as much as five gallons – and some super-sized fast food from his “Blue Plate Special” series. Newer work, which he made during a residency at PGC, included keys and fobs for a really big car that Miller says was inspired by his grandmother’s Datsun.
From the Earth to the Fire and Back

Using their hands and three basic elements — sand, soda and flux — 28 local artists create, advocate and comment on the current state of the earth in this juried exhibition. The exhibition coincides with Pittsburgh's designation as the North American host city for the United Nations World Environment Day.
